How to approve/ban users

Note: In order to manually approve users to join the marketplace they must have auto-approve turned off for their role settings.

To approve a user, you will need to navigate to the users tab as an admin, then go into the approval queue and either approve or reject the request.

To ban a user you will need to navigate to the users tab as an admin, then click “ban” under the three dots.
