How to login as other users

As an admin you have full control over your platform. You can log in as any customer or vendor and make changes on their behalf. Anything that a user on your platform can do, you can do. Let’s see some of the most common examples.

To edit another user’s profile you don’t actually need to log in as them. You can navigate directly to the users tab as an admin then click “manage” for any user. You can also do some quick actions on behalf of the user here without logging in as them like add reviews, new listings, or edit how much commission the platform takes from this individual user under “override fees”.

If you want to see what the edit profile page or listing creation page looks like for the user, first log in as them, then navigate to their respective pages.
